31 Ways to Be More Mindful If You Feel Anxiety Coming On

As much as I would love to be able to sit down for a few minutes, close my eyes, and clear my head without squirming or feeling like I would rather be doing anything else, I am sadly not one of those people. Coming to terms with this truth alone was a long process for this otherwise yoga-loving, incense-burning wellness editor, but boy, did it set me free. Some are backed by science; others are suggestions thrown in by my fellow editors and me. Bookmark it for the next time you're feeling stressed, frazzled, scattered, or all of the above.
