“Indulge” is a funny word, isn’t it? It’s something we are told to (“indulge in more self-love”) and not to do (“don’t overindulge in sweets”). And during the holidays, it’s an especially confusing term! While I personally think everyone is capable of figuring out what’s best for them, I do think there’s one thing we can all agree to indulge in this season: peace! After all, it’s a crazy time of year, and if anything can use a bit of calmness, it’s our minds. So if you want to give your brain a little love in the form of indulgence this season, read on.
