This Is Kendall Jenner's Current "Workout Obsession"

Kendall Jenner remains as one of the most recognizable supermodels in the world. Between shooting Keeping Up With the Kardashians, walking designer runways with aplomb, and modeling in international ad campaigns, it's not hard to see why. What is kind of hard, though, is believing that she only just turned 22 earlier this week. For most people, 22 doesn't involve quite as much international attention, jet-setting, or wearing of designer duds (but that's just our experience). 

In celebration of her 22nd birthday, as well as all of her accomplishments and influence, W magazine interviewed Jenner. The model dished on everything from her current workout obsession to her favorite beauty products to the way she keeps her body healthy from the inside out. 

The rapid-fire interview revealed quite a lot about the 22-year-old superstar. When asked what her good skin started with, Jenner responded "Christie Kidd." Kidd is the dermatologist she's been seeing for years. Jenner swears by her namesake cleanser for removing all of the dirt, oil, and makeup that comes with modeling. She also shared that the best piece of advice that Kidd ever shared wit her was not to pick her skin. 

As for makeup, Jenner swears by products from Estée Lauder, which isn't surprising, considering that she's a global brand ambassador for the company. When asked what her "makeup miracles" are, she answered with two products. First, was the Double Wear Nude Water Fresh Makeup Broad SPF 30 ($42), which is a long-wearing, lightweight, and non-acneic makeup formula that lasts for 24 hours. Next, she named Pure Color Envy Lash Multi Effects Mascara ($28). This mascara has a build-able formula with conditioning oils to protect the health of your lashes. 

Then, Jenner moved on to discussing health and wellness. She shared her love of daily probiotics and "some kind of juice with ginger," though we were most excited to learn about her favorite workout. "I feel like I get my best workout when I sweat a lot, so hot yoga is definitely my exercise obsession at the moment," she said. We love hot yoga, too. It burns calories, stretches, your body, and relaxes your mind all at once. What's not to love? Maybe we'll take a cue from Jenner and make it a point to unfurl our yoga mats in a steamy stretching session this week.
