I'm so happy that springtime and warmer weather are upon us. With the longer daylight hours and lack of cold weather, I've started doing more fun outdoor activities like gardening and running in the yard with my dogs until the sun goes down. That being said, right now I'm focused on maximizing my time so that after work each day I can do things that make me feel relaxed and happy. In order to do this, I like to plan ahead by meal-prepping on Sunday afternoons.

Usually, I just head to Pinterest and Instagram to find new meal prep recipes, but this week, I found an awesome meal prep cookbook that's filled with ideas. If you couldn’t tell from my preference in athleisure purchases, the majority of my wardrobe consists of the color black. However, I do look for pieces that have a little pop of color here and there. These leggings are the perfect option for people like me who can't commit to crazy rainbow-printed leggings but still want to wear something with a fun design.

When I make the rare decision to venture away from the color black, I normally go for shades of blue because they make me feel calm and relaxed. I would love to add this towel to my athleisure collection so that it can keep me feeling extra zen during my hot yoga classes.

I've been looking for a product to give my hair, skin, and nails a little boost, and I think this could be the one. Ingestible collagen has been all over my Instagram feed, and I'm hoping that I get to try it soon and reap the benefits. Not only can you add this to your water each day, but you can also use it when baking to give your sweet treats some nutrients.
